These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by SENSEBEING TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. (UEN 202624351K), a company incorporated in Singapore (“SenseBeing”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 本《用户协议》（下称“本协议”）约束您对 SENSEBEING TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.(UEN 202624351K，一家于新加坡注册的公司，下称“SenseBeing”“我们”)所提供的网站、产品与服务（合称“本服务”）的访问与使用。一旦访问或使用本服务，即表示您同意接受本协议约束。
1.Acceptance of terms协议的接受
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. 3.Intellectual property知识产权
The Services, including all content, trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to SenseBeing and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent. 本服务（含全部内容、商标、标识与软件）归 SenseBeing 所有或经授权使用，受知识产权法律保护。本协议未授予您在未获事先书面同意的情况下使用我们商标或品牌标识的任何权利。
4.Third-party links and products第三方链接与产品
The Services may reference or link to third-party websites or products, including YouAlter. Separate terms may apply to those products, and we are not responsible for third-party content or practices. 本服务可能引用或链接至第三方网站或产品（包括 YouAlter)。该等产品可能适用各自独立的条款，我们对第三方的内容或行为不承担责任。
5.Disclaimers免责声明
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. 在法律允许的最大范围内，本服务按“现状”及“现有”基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证，包括对特定用途适用性与不侵权的保证。
6.Limitation of liability责任限制
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SenseBeing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. 在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因您使用本服务而产生或与之相关的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，SenseBeing 概不承担责任。
7.Changes to the Terms协议的变更
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 我们可能不时更新本协议。重大变更将通过更新上方“最后更新”日期予以标示。变更生效后您继续使用本服务，即视为接受修订后的协议。
8.Governing law适用法律
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms. 本协议受新加坡法律管辖，不适用其法律冲突原则。因本协议产生的任何争议，均由新加坡法院专属管辖。
